ProElectrical Estimator - DONBE V4

Walk the electrical job, narrate what you see, and turn it into a contractor-ready estimate.

Built from the ProPaint V4 pattern for service calls, panel upgrades, outlets, switches, circuits, lighting, EV chargers, and rewiring. Use manual mode or Walk the Job mode, then clean up the AI estimate before you print or save PDF.
Mobile-first for real job sites: camera, mic, speech transcript, editable review cards, and knowledge-base support in one tool.

Setup Onboarding

Set your company, license, local pricing defaults, and voice permissions once. The app will remember them on this device.

Setup has not been saved on this device yet.

What This App Remembers

  • Save company, contractor, state, city, and default pricing in localStorage so you do not re-enter them on every job.
  • Use the voice test before a walkthrough on Android or iPhone so you know mic permissions are live.
  • Knowledge-base answers localize to your saved state and city, but city-specific code issues still need AHJ confirmation.

Manual Estimate Inputs

Switching profile updates manual pricing defaults.
Used for partial or full rewiring scope.

Assumptions

  • Panel, circuit, and EV scope can trigger utility, permit, and inspection coordination.
  • Rewiring sqft is treated as affected floor area, not wall area.
  • Low-voltage, fire alarm, and utility-side work stay excluded unless written in.
  • AHJ corrections, drywall finish, trenching surprises, and asbestos issues should be noted separately.
  • Use the review screen after AI analysis to confirm breaker sizes, conductor assumptions, and permit triggers.
  • NEC references are guidance only. Final interpretation belongs to the local inspector and licensed contractor.
